Blue Sky Corporate Finance is an independent consultancy practice based in the West Midlands.
We specialise in helping the owners/managers of small and medium enterprises to become investment ready, raise finance, start up a business, to sell a business, to undertake management buy outs/buy ins and to make corporate acquisitions.
We work with most of the national and local equity investors including venture capital funds, corporate venture funds, development capital funds and business angels. We work closely with national and local banks and other lenders providing asset finance, secured and unsecured loans and trade finance. We also work with national and regional grant providers.
In summary, we pride ourselves on knowing who is in the market for investing/lending to SMEs, what sort of investment opportunities they are looking for and how best to approach them for finance.
