Paul H
eaven has more than 20 years general management experience and is by profession a qualified chartered accountant. Having served his articles at Clement Keys & Co and his corporate finance apprenticeship at Ernst & Young; Paul formed Blue Sky Corporate Finance to serve the needs of the small to medium sized enterprise sector. Over the years Paul has become an expert in corporate finance, venture capital, private equity and asset lending and has extensive experience of acquisitions, disposals, floatation and fund raising. Paul is also a regular speaker at Corporate Finance events, a member of the West Midlands Regional Finance Forum and an expert on the funding sources available from equity, debt, grants and trade/asset finance. Paul was recently appointed as one of the eight new board members for the Birmingham and Solihull Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) and a Mentor for the Entrepreneurs for the Future (e4f) programme. A weekend Harley Davidson rider and whose bike was once featured as a ‘Readers Ride’ in the Easyrider magazine.

Tony Seaton joined Blue Sky Corporate Finance from BDO in 2009. With more than 10 years corporate finance experience, Tony is a key member of the team. Tony is a chartered accountant living in the Black Country and likes nothing better than a pint of Batham’s bitter. He is well known throughout the finance community in the Birmingham, Black Country and Worcestershire regions. Tony has extensive experience of working with all of the regions banks, venture capitalists and Business Link in raising finance, acquisitions and disposals within the SME market.
Tony was appointed one of the 16 strong local board members for the Black Country Chamber of Commerce. Tony is a candidate for the Dudley board.

Deborah Spence joined Blue Sky Corporate Finance from Ernst & Young in 2005 and with Deborah’s extensive knowledge of the corporate finance industry, established herself very quickly as an integral part of the team.
Mark Gibson has been with Blue Sky Corporate Finance since 2007 and is our in-house Financial Accountant.
Mark takes responsibility for producing monthly management accounts, statutory accounts, corporation tax returns and he deals with company secretarial affairs including formal filings and Companies House matters.
Mark is a very keen football fan and supports both Liverpool and Birmingham City.
